It's back to business tonight for York City as they bid to climb the Division Three table with a victory over Blackpool at Bootham Crescent (7.45pm).
The Minstermen return to League action just three days after their lung-busting FA Cup victory over Reading at the Madejski Stadium, which earned a third round trip to Premiership high-riders Leicester City.
But rather than guarding against an FA Cup hangover, boss Terry Dolan is hoping the boost to confidence provided by Tuesday's stunning 3-1 win will help City secure three points.
"Without wanting to sound too dramatic, there's a spring in everyone's step," he said.
"It's not a case of back to reality tonight; it's our next game and we have to build on Tuesday night and get three points in the bag.
"Blackpool will provide different problems to Reading and these games are all difficult in their way. Any team that can win 4-0 at Kidderminster (who beat City 3-1 last month) has to be respected. We can make it easier by doing the right things ourselves."
Having only arrived back in York at 3am on Wednesday, the players were given that day off and had only a light training session yesterday.
They were not due to train again prior to tonight's match
The game at Reading came after the long trip to Plymouth on Saturday, and rest is as important as the training," said Dolan, who, despite this, was unfazed by the fact his side have less time to recover from Tuesday's exertions by playing again tonight.
The match was originally brought forward months ago as tomorrow, being the last shopping Saturday before Christmas, is renowned for poor crowds at football matches.
"What it means is we have an extra day's rest before the game on Boxing Day (at Macclesfield). The games are evened out more," said the City chief, adding: "I would hope we will see a few more people here to watch."
Although cup fever is already gripping the city, Dolan was not considering the forthcoming trip to Leicester on January 6, and said it was not a case of players playing for their places for that match.
"We're not talking about or thinking about that. The incentive for players is if they play well against Blackpool they would get the chance to play against Macclesfield, and we take it from there," he said.
