Copmanthorpe Reserves continued their great run of form which has seen them beaten just once in their last 11 league and cup games when they beat Inland Revenue 5-0 in division five of the York John Smiths Sunday Morning League.
Dave Robinson starred as he scored one and had a hand in the other four goals. Lee Johnson set Copmanthorpe on their way with a volley into the top corner followed two minutes later by his second with a sweet left footer, both from crosses by Robinson.
Robinson made it 3-0 himself when he skipped through the Revenue defence before clipping the ball over the advancing keeper. Davey Gall made it 4-0 just into the second half and Del Neaves rounded off the scoring when he rifled in number five from a free kick.
