Rachel Stotten collected two gold medals as York City Baths Club swimmers put on a great display at the Leeds Christmas Cracker meeting at the Leeds International Pool.
She won the 200metres and 40m freestyle as YCBC won 17 medals and recorded 47 personal best times. Stotten also reached the final of the 100m freestyle, but finished out of the top three.
Julie Watson landed the 100m butterfly gold, was second in the 100m freestyle and collected a 'speeding ticket' in the 200m freestyle.
Andrew Fowler also collected a 'speeding ticket' in the 200m individual medley and gold in the 100m breaststroke.
Gold went to Sarah Walker in the 100m breaststroke and silver in the 200m breaststroke.
Other medallists were Phillip Graves (100m butterfly gold and 200m individual medley bronze), Anna Skilbeck (100m backcrawl gold), J J Blackwell (1500m freestyle gold), Gawain Ng (200m individual medley silver and a 200m breaststroke 'speeding ticket'), Eillidh Macdonald (100m breaststroke silver and 200m backcrawl bronze), Kate Hollier (100m freestyle bronze), Sophie Calpin (100m breaststroke bronze and a 100m butterfly ' speeding ticket'). All the medallists achieved pbs.
Other final placings were achieved by Blackwell (400m freestyle), Sam Bradley (100m breaststroke) and Phillip Graves (100m breaststroke) in pb times.
Other pbs were recorded by Ashleigh Husband, Laura Cuthill, Adam Darby, Rebecca Jenkins, Elizabeth Jayne Young and Nicola Lampard.
