PROFLUENT, who has found a new lease of life since joining Mary Reveley, can complete a hat-trick of wins at Newcastle tomorrow.

The nine-year-old lines up for the Bet Tax Free With Ukbetting.com Handicap Hurdle over three miles.

Previously trained by Micky Hammond, Profluent got off the mark for Reveley at Ayr last month and followed up in good style with a six lengths victory at Catterick.

Irish amateur Brian Murphy, who is attached to the Reveley yard, has struck up a good rapport with Profluent and will be in the saddle again tomorrow when a third victory looks on the cards.

Meadowbank, who went into many notebooks at Wetherby four weeks ago when chasing home Narrow Water, looks capable of stepping up on that performance in the In The Know Magazine Novices' Chase.

Mick Easterby's gelding, a successful pointer last season, looked in need of his comeback race at Wetherby and it is a safe bet to assume that the outing benefitted him considerably.

With Tony Dobbin in the saddle, Meadowbank has the distinct look of a winner here.

Easterby can also capture the Laurent Perrier Handicap Chase with Castletown Count, the mount of Alan Dempsey.

In the frame in both his completed starts this season, Castletown Count will appreciate this return to two and a half miles after failing to stay an extended three miles at Catterick last time.

Malcolm Jefferson has yet to hit top gear this season, but the Norton trainer pulled-off a major achievement when producing Corporation Pop to win at Haydock last month after the gelding had missed the whole of last season through injury.

A useful horse, Corporation Pop can oblige again in the Tote Top Of The North Novices' Hurdle. Graham Lee again has the mount.

Jefferson also has good prospects with Nap selection Just Jake, who goes for the Wood Valley and KBS Construction Classified Chase after a fair effort to chase home Dook's Delight at Carlisle last time.

Squandamania could prove the answer to the Bet Tax Free With On-Course Bookmakers Handicap Hurdle. The John Norton-trained gelding returned from a lengthy absence at Sedgefield last month and ran a decent race to finish second to First Light.

Sure to have benefitted from that outing, Squandamania can do better here with smart claimer Carl Rafter again taking the mount.

At Ludlow, Tortugas should not be overlooked in the Tanners Burgundy Juvenile Novices' Selling Hurdle. Martin Pipe's three-year-old got off the mark at Taunton last month when winning a similar event by 11 lengths.
