The only Leeper Hare York and District League Reserve A game played was at Selby where Kartiers thrashed a ten-man Nestle Rowntree side 6 - 0 with goals from Neil Taylor (3), Simon Winstanley and Craig Smith (2).
Poppleton were thrashed 6-1 at home to South Bank in Reserve B. Dave Kettlewell, Darryl Strickland (2) were on target, with second half substitutes Nicki Turner and Ian Hamilton adding their names to the score sheet.
Steve Strachan managed a consolation for Poppleton when he scored direct from a free kick.
Moor Lane's second string won 4-1 at Stamford Bridge, who took the lead when Bobby Andrews found the net, but full back Nav Makan then found himself on the scoresheet for the first time when he netted twice to turn the game round. James Reid and Andy Wood added further goals to secure the win.
Copmanthorpe, Wilberfoss and Huby's form in Reserve C shows that they are building for the future.
Wilberfoss gave up home advantage and travelled to Knavesmire to play Copmanthorpe in a top of the table match which the rapidly improving young Copmanthorpe reserve side won 5 - 1.
Damian Holden opened the scoring for Wilberfoss but Copmanthorpe then seized the initiative and went on to a comfortable win with goals from Joe Solitch, Andrew Manns, Daz Hughes, Paul Scurry and Dan Bradley.
Third-placed Huby hit six at home against LNER Builders, with Richard Durrant netting four. Clive McGuiness bagged two and Ches Stoney added one. Dave Thompson replied with a consolation goal for the Builders.
