THE Wilberforce Home for the Blind would like to thank everyone who supported its Christmas fair on November 26. We are extremely grateful to those people who made and donated items for the stalls, to those who helped prepare beforehand and to all those who gave their time on the day to help.
We would like to extend a very special thank you to the Ebor Brass Band, who came to our rescue at the last minute, when Oakland's Band was unable to come.
We had a marvellous afternoon and raised £2,205.
