Kibby Bank, who got back in the winning groove at Warwick last month, is napped to follow-up at Ludlow tomorrow.

The 11-year-old goes for the Viscount Boyne Memorial Challenge Trophy Chase over nearly three and a half miles and I fancy him to win.

Kibby Bank showed bags of determination to score at Warwick, where, after making virtually all the running, he prevailed by a hard-fought length from Leitrim Cottage.

The form of that race has worked out well, Leitrim Cottage having won at Market Rasen since then.

Warren Marston renews his association with Kibby Bank in tomorrow's stamina test and can again bring home the gelding in front.

Mount Aca is difficult to oppose in thehorsesmouth.co.uk Novices' Handicap Chase.

Although a beaten favourite at Exeter on his chasing debut, Mount Aca finished second to Better Offer and might well have prevailed had he not made bad blunders at two of the last three fences. He is worth another chance tomorrow.

Mont Aca is also declared to run at Taunton as first preference, with Ludlow second preference, but Taunton's meeting is in doubt. There is a Taunton course inspection at 8am tomorrow.

Forest Rider, held in high regard in the Henrietta Knight stable, can open his winning account by landing the Margaret Fletcher Special Birthday Open National Hunt Flat Race.

The four-year-old was sent off favourite on the strength of his home reputation at Aintree last month, but was unable to make a winning debut and had to settle for second place behind half-length winner Nokimover.

Sure to have benefitted from that outing, Forest Rider can go one better here. Jim Culloty has the mount.

The promising Marmaduke (1.40) and the handily-weighted Blythe Lady (3.10) are two others to note at Ludlow.

At Huntingdon, Cromwell can prove himself an up-and-coming stayer by winning the Sir Peter Crossman Novices' Handicap Chase.

Michael Chapman's gelding has only ever won at Market Rasen, where he is trained right across the road from the track.

He will not, of course, have the benefit of 'home advantage' tomorrow, but his latest winning effort, plus his overall form this season, suggests he can not be left out of the reckoning in this three-miles event.

Mary Reveley, who has her horses in excellent form, sends a box-load to Huntingdon and looks set to enjoy a profitable afternoon.

Recent Haydock winner Old Hush Wing (12.30) can get the Reveley bandwaggon off to a good start, while Jowoody (1.00) is fancied to overcome a long absence and make a winning debut over fences.

Oath Of Allegiance (2.30) suffered a slipped saddle at Catterick last week, but is worth another chance, while Reveley could well enjoy a fourth victory courtesy of the potentially smart Junkanoo (3.30).
