It's the job that every commuter thinks they can do - masterminding the future of rail travel.
Railtrack is seeking a train planner in York.
For a salary of up to £16,500 a year the ideal applicant would have to ensure an efficient and accurate timetable - a tall order indeed.
"Ideal for an inquisitive, analytical mind whose meticulous attention to detail and logical thinking can result in a successful working timetable," reads the job advert.
"You'll aim to resolve any planning problems by validating a new train path."
The closing date is December 13.
