Expanding Malton firm S Harrison Developments Ltd has sold its £3million investment in the £15million Richmondshire Walk shopping centre in North Yorkshire.
Cash raised from its sale of 22,000 sq ft of retail units to London and Capital will fund a wide range of continuing development and construction projects throughout the UK.
The Richmondshire Walk shopping centre includes a 55,300 sq ft Tesco store, a MacDonald's Drive-Thru restaurant and eight other shops, including Greggs, Global Video, Poundstretcher, Travelworld and Peacocks.
David Clancy, Harrison's development manager, said: "We have a number of projects earmarked and underway throughout the region and we are continually looking for development opportunities.
"The sale of Richmondshire Walk will give us further scope to invest in new projects and broaden our portfolio in the retail, commercial, industrial and housing sectors."
