On behalf of the management committee of Tang Hall Community Centre, I thank all the emergency services, especially the fire brigade, who helped us during our fire (Evening Press, November 24).

Thanks also to all who contacted us offering alternative accommodation for our user-groups and the various birthday parties that had been booked in.

We are very grateful for all the help and support of the people of Tang Hall.

We are determined to see the community centre rebuilt and reopened as soon as possible. It is a major task and will take some time, but the centre will be back providing the services to the community it always has and, with your help, even more.
