YORK City are easing the financial burden on fans by offering cut-price entry to their LDV Vans Trophy clash with Darlington next month.
They are slicing £3 off the price of all tickets for the first round tie at Bootham Crescent on Tuesday, December 5.
City public relations officer Sophie McGill said they were offering the deal as they have three home matches that week - Shrewsbury in the League on December 2, followed by the Darlington game, and then Reading in the FA Cup second round on December 9.
The price-cuts were agreed by Darlington, who will get a percentage of the gate receipts.
The new prices are: Standing £5 (£2 concessions), Popular stand seating £6 (£3), main stand seating and enclosure £8 (£4), family stand £2.50 adults, £2 children.
