Land Securities still don't get it, do they? The whole concept of Coppergate II is fundamentally flawed, and no amount of elevation-tweaking, facade realigning, cycle-parking or river-bridging is going to transform it into anything other than the wrong thing, in the wrong place at the wrong time.
So let's put it out of its misery and apply our energies to creating a proper vision for this part of the city.
