HAS you ever tried ringing Harrogate Theatre's box office? Last week, from Wednesday to Friday I tried in vain to book tickets for Alice.
You are automatically put in to a queuing system, at any time of day or night with the words: "Thank you for waiting, we'll be with you shortly." I'm still waiting. Small wonder the theatre has severe cash problems when it's virtually impossible to plan a visit.
They have lost my support and owe me at least £2 in phone calls.
