Yearsley swimming pool in York was closed today - the second time in three weeks it has had to be shut for repairs.
The pool, off Haxby Road, had to be closed yesterday due to a problem with the pump which meant chlorine could not be pumped into the pool.
The pump is now being repaired and the pool is due to reopen tomorrow.
The pool had to be closed for a day earlier this month while work was carried out on fitting a new emergency switch and while the pool was then re-filled and re-heated.
Meanwhile, the Barbican swimming pool is still closed after a bracket came loose in its roof and debris crashed into the pool at the beginning of October.
Scaffolding had to be put up so repair work could be carried out on the roof.
