THE Law Lords ruled that little Jimmy Bulger's killers are to be granted parole.
Has this world gone mad?
Their punishment amounts to seven years, eight months for beating the little fellow to death in a pre-meditated savage attack.
One thing is for sure, forget the law. You can bet you won't get a fair result.
For me, had that little chap been one of mine I would ensure those two killers would regret the day they were born.
Until this nation wakes up to the fact of total breakdown in law and order, derisory sentencing like this will continue. Does anyone care?

...THE two young men imprisoned for killing James Bulger should be released in accordance with the original sentence imposed. It is totally out of order that politicians should interfere with the process of law. The judge imposed a sentence after a jury came in with the guilty verdict - and then, because of pubic opinion, the sentence was increased by political appointees.
This must never happen, we should always keep the two separate.
No matter how heinous the crime, let it be left to our historic laws to sort matters out, not the hysteria of the people influencing politicians to increase sentences.
