Brian Little's Hull City arrive at Bootham Crescent in search of their third successive away win and looking to stretch their unbeaten run of games to five.

Indeed, after a poor start to the season, the Tigers have lost just once in their last ten outings.

But while 3,000 Hull fans are expected for tomorrow's tie which pits them against their former manager and ex-Tigers Matt Hocking and Alan Fettis, Little has played down the derby-duel.

"I am aware of the local connections but it doesn't concern me, all that concerns me is getting three points," said the brother of former York chief Alan Little.

While winning their last two away games Hull have not conceded a goal and Little is expected to stick by the 3-5-2 formation that has served him so well away from home.

Skipper Jason Whittle is out with a knee injury while striker John Eyre has been ruled out with hamstring trouble.

However, utility player Mark Greaves, signed for Hull by Terry Dolan from non-league Brigg Town, has shaken off a hamstring injury and is expected to come into the midfield at the expense of former Scarborough full-back Steve Swales.

Greaves will line-up alongside Hull's top scorer Theodore Whitmore in midfield.

The Jamaican World Cup star, capped by his country 121 times, has scored five times already this season and is instantly recognisable by his yellow boots.

While on the pitch the Boothferry Park faithful are now dreaming of a play-off place off field problems continue to hamper the club.

Only this week, Hull chairman Nick Buchanan staved off a winding up order slapped on the club by the Customs and Excise over a £106,000 debt.

The case was due to be heard in court next month but, according to Buchanan, the VAT man has now agreed for the outstanding sum to be paid off in instalments.
