TOMORROW commemorates the Battle of Trafalgar when, in 1805, the British fleet commanded by Admiral Lord Nelson defeated a Franco-Spanish fleet off Cape Trafalgar, thus setting the seal on British naval supremacy.
I hope to see Union Flags flying at public offices and private buildings.
There will also be a service in York Minster and a march.
