ONE for York City's number one, goalkeeper Alan Fettis, extended the Northern Ireland international's lead in the Evening Press/ Unique Pub Co player of the year table.
Fettis, who edged above previous joint leaders Steve Agnew and Wayne Hall with his man of the match performance against Brighton last month, extended his lead by a point for his performance against Hartlepool.
However, Matt Hocking's consistency was rewarded with the man of the match of award and three points. It means, despite having made just three starts this season, the central defender has picked up points in every game and is already fourth in the rankings.
The form of Hocking and Fettis has not gone unnoticed with both players named in the Nationwide Division Three team of the week.
Despite receiving his marching orders against Pool, Mark Sertori claimed the remaining two points for a solid showing alongside Hocking.
