A star-studden bash to celebrate the tenth series of the North Yorkshire TV series Heartbeat was held in York today.
The latest series of the Yorkshire Television drama - filmed in and around Goathland - will be screened from October 22, and Betty's Tea Rooms were hosting the birthday event.
The world-renowned cafe is the sister company of the programme's sponsors, Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Tea.
Jason Durr, alias PC Mike Bradley, joined other cast members, producers and writers at Betty's to toast ten successful years creating the 1960s village of Aidensfield in the heart of North Yorkshire.
Paula Bissett, branch manager of Betty's in York, said: "We're really pleased to host the Heartbeat birthday party here. We're all avid fans of the programme and wish it every success for the next ten series."
Betty's craft bakery baked a special giant birthday cake - decorated with a Yorkshire scene - to go with the champagne.
