Manager Neil Thompson is without joint leading scorer Steve Brodie, who limped out of Tuesday's night 2-0 defeat against Chester City with a hamstring injury.
Striker Chris Tate, who played for 20 minutes on Tuesday night, will game along side on-loan German front-runner Sini Savic.
Making a surprise appearance on the bench will be French trialist Cherif Diallo, who scored two goals for the reserves at Rochdale on Wednesday.
Scarborough's youth team are at home to Doncaster Rovers in the third round qualifying of the FA Youth Cup tomorrow (12noon).
The winners are at home to Hull City in the next round.
