York Groves upset top of the table Earlsheaton with a superb 29-14 success in rugby league's Yorkshire League division five.
Scrum-half John Thompson opened the scoring for the Terriers with a penalty before Martin Simpson broke through to touch down.
The visitors levelled the scores with a try and penalty, but Groves edged ahead before the break thanks to a drop goal by stand-off Danny Crampton.
Prop Simon Moat extended Groves' lead when he powered over with several defenders on his back, Thompson adding the conversion, but Earlsheaton again hit back with a converted try of their own.
With both defences under pressure it was Earlsheaton who cracked as Crampton went in for a fine try, converted by Thompson.
Groves went further ahead with a converted try by full-back Lee Harton, then made sure of victory ten minutes from time when they broke from deep inside their own half for Rich Pollock to finish off a flowing move.
Scarborough lost 19-16 at Ryhill in the same division.
