Harrogate Town boss Mick Hennigan will be without the three players he signed last month for tonight's trip to Lincoln United - and whether they play again this season is in the balance.
Andy Couzens, Barry Shuttleworth and Dylan Kerr registered to play for Town prior to the club's first win of the Uni-Bond League division one campaign - 5-1 at home to Congleton - but their stays at Wetherby Road were always likely to depend on availability.
"It will be a bonus if they play for us again," said Hennigan prior to tonight's match (kick off 7.30pm).
"They're registered to us in the UniBond League (regulations allow players to register to UniBond teams as well as clubs in other leagues) but whether they play for us depends on availability."
Former Leeds man Couzens was signed to Hartlepool United, while Barry Shut-tleworth and Dylan Kerr were with Conference rivals Scarborough and Kid-derminster Harriers, respectively.
"They've done us a favour and we've done them a favour, but they're not really Harrogate Town players as such," added Hennigan.
The former Leeds assistant boss was adamant, however, that the rest of his squad deserved praise for the two wins in the last three games that have kick-started Town's season.
"Harrogate Town players have been do-ing it for us so it would be wrong to pick out those three for attention," he said.
Youngsters James McDaid and Chris McFarlane are again drafted into the squad for tonight's clash.
The duo have impressed for the youth team and were named in the squads for last Tuesday's defeat by Farsley and Sat-urday's victory at Ossett, although neither featured in the latter due to un-availability.
Town's UniBond League rivals Ashton United travel to Goole for their FA Cup second qualifying round replay (kick off 7.45pm), following Saturday's 1-1 draw with the Northern Counties East League side.
Kevin Severn had given Goole the lead but Manchester City manager Joe Royle's son, Darren, equalised with little over ten minutes left.
