YORK City's number one, goalkeeper Alan Fettis, is the new number one in the Evening Press/ Unique Pub Co player of the year table.
The Northern Ireland international edged above previous joint leaders Steve Agnew and Wayne Hall with his man of the match performance against Brighton last Saturday.
City's current skipper Agnew inched clear of Hall, picking up one point for another fine showing in the City midfield, while Matt Hocking took the remaining two points with a promising performance in his first League start since March.
This season's player of the year format sees City's man of the match in each game receive three points, the second best player receive two points and the third best one point.
Whoever tops the table at the end of the season wins not only the annual trophy but also a £350 cash prize courtesy of Unique Pub Co, with the runner-up receiving £150.
