INSTEAD of moving the city archives out to the university campus, it would be a much better idea if the university moved themselves out of the King's Manor on to campus.
This would release King's Manor back to the city council and allow the archives to move into the building, thus retaining them where they should be - in the city.
It should prove more beneficial for the university to have all departments on the campus, especially now they appear to be in expansion mode.
