HARROGATE coach Ralph Zoing has rung the changes at Claro Road with no less than ten new signings.
The most recent is former Leeds Tykes winger Paul Clayton who has spent the last two seasons with Orrell.
He relegates last season's top try scorer Mark Farrar to the bench for tomorrow's National Division Two opener at home to relegated Rugby.
Prop Mark Pinder, 29, has signed from Rotherham and replaces Rob Faulkner, who has moved to Newbury with flanker Leigh Woodhouse.
In the back row, Steve Hobson, signed from West Hartlepool, will be at open side while Richard Wade, Sandal's top try scorer and player of the year last season, takes over the number eight spot vacated by the Army's Giles Powell who has been posted to Bosnia.
Former Durham University captain Lee Cholewa, 22, has returned to Harrogate after an injury-ravaged season at Leicester.
He will be at stand-off tomorrow to allow Matt Duncombe to partner Lee Douglas in the centre.
Other signings include former Leeds Tykes captain Stuart Lancaster, 30, who is working his way back to full fitness following a leg injury, and ex-Currie and Tynedale bck rower Julian Coultas.
Brian Wilson, formerly with Castleford and standing 6ft 9in, will be bidding for a place in the second row along with former Blaydon lock Jim Houghton and Rob Liddell (Royal Navy).
