YORK City goalkeeper Alan Fettis has missed out on a call-up to the latest Northern Ireland squad.
Fettis was drafted into the squad for the first time in more than a year in April for a friendly against Hungary after Wigan's Roy Carroll was forced to withdraw due to illness.
However, with Carroll now recovered and able to challenge Fulham's Maik Taylor for the number one jersey, Fettis has been omitted from the 21-man squad to face Yugoslavia at Windsor Park next Wednesday.
Northern Ireland boss Sammy McIlroy has recalled Burnley striker Phil Gray, who won his last cap in November 1998 against Moldova.
Northern Ireland: Taylor (Fulham), Carroll (Wigan), Nolan (Bradford), A Hughes (Newcastle), Williams (Wimbledon), Taggart (Leicester), Griffin (Dundee Utd), Murdock (Preston), Lomas (West Ham), Lennon (Leicester), Gillespie (Blackburn), Johnson (Blackburn), Horlock (Man City), Mulryne (Norwich), Magilton (Ipswich), Whitley (Man City), Healy (Man Utd), Quinn (West Brom), Kirk (Hearts), McKnight (St Mirren), Gray (Burnley).
The Minstermen will step up their community involvement this season by offering 250 free tickets for Minstermen reserve games to youngsters.
The scheme will be open to schools, youth groups and junior football clubs, starting with the City second string's first home fixture, against Stoke City on Wednesday, August 30.
Youth leaders or school teachers wanting to find out more or apply for tickets can contact City's public relations executive Sophie McGill on 01904-624447 extension 3.
This year's reserve league, previously known as the Pontin's League, is being sponsored by Avon Insurance with City competing in Division One.
Avon Insurance has sponsored the Football Combination in the south of England for the last six seasons but the new deal means it is supporting reserve team football on a national basis.
The City initiative to attract more youngsters to reserve team games is part of Avon Insurance's bid to raise the profile and increase attendance at reserve games.
City's Travel Club are taking bookings for Saturday's trip to Chesterfield, at a price of £8 for members and £10 for non-members.
The bus departs Bootham Crescent at 12.30pm.
Bookings are also being taken for the trip to Carlisle on August 25, which departs at 4.15pm at a cost of £10 members and £12 non-members.
