YORK Brewery's famous Yorkshire Terrier Ale has gone on sale on board GNER trains - just in time for Yorkshire Day.
Passengers were celebrating today's festivities with a glass of the brew on the rails.
The beer was available on all GNER trains, including the new White Rose service, which runs Eurostar-type trains between London and Kings Cross.
Yorkshire Terrier is appearing as part of the GNER beer festival, in which guest beers brewed along the York company's route are being put on sale one by one for around two months each.
Jim Gilbert, GNER's head of catering, said: "We strive to make the GNER travel experience better and better. Giving passengers a taste of the regions can only add to the experience."
