NEGOTIATIONS are underway to establish a new office block for York Health Authority at Clifton Moor.
Talks have started between York-based Guildford Construction and The Evans Property Group, the Leeds property investment and development company to build the offices at Lancaster Park.
Guildford Construction, based in Huntington Road, York, has just won a £500,000 contract to build L-shaped ultra-modern office accommodation on one of the few remaining plots at Lancaster Park.
The two-storey building, covering 7,000 sq ft, is due for completion by the end of the year.
The project follows on from Guildford's involvement in a dedicated building for the Happy Jays nursery due to be finished in September.
