A COLLECTION of local landscape photographs by Joe Cornish have gone on display at Beningbrough Hall, near York.
Mr Cornish has a reputation of working with The National Trust capturing images of coastline and countryside.
Mr Cornish, said: "I travel worldwide in this job but I gain as much inspiration from the landscapes in my own backyard in the north-east of England as I do from anywhere else. I am particularly fond of the coast."
Lynne Borthwick, visitor services manager at Beningbrough, said: "We are delighted to be able to exhibit Joe Cornish's work.
"This year the National Trust is raising awareness of the work it does on the coast and Joe's work superbly demonstrates the landscape we are trying to conserve."
