WE have in the city centre young men playing penny whistles, some trying to play the trombone, fiddles, even a piano, all after money. Yet our veteran soldiers, the airborne soldiers on Saturday and now the Dunkirk Veterans, are not allowed to rattle their tins. How ludicrous the law is.
I hope the veterans achieve their target and this ex-Normandy veteran will for one try to make their tins rattle.
