I hope you get the cats you want and that giving them a home will prove to be a life-enhancing experience for you and the cats.
A possible solution to Robert Holmes' problem with the enthusiastic grass-cutter (Readers' Letter, June 28) also concerns animals.
Why not try persuading the offending person to give a home to needy grazers - numbers depending on the lushness and size of the 'green sward'?
So much more civilised than the stock or ducking stool.
Then pour yourself something nice, cut and extra slice of Stilton and relax in the ensuing peace and quiet.
