Born: Huddersfield, July 30 1975. Signed from Huddersfield Town in February 1997 for £65,000 and in his first full season for City was top scorer with 16 goals. Striker with good close control he hit eight goals last term. Before moving to City he had loan spells with Scarborough and Bury. Loaned to Halifax in October for a month but a permanent deal did not go through and Rowe joined Gillingham in December.
