MICKY Adams' Seagulls land at Bootham Crescent tomorrow as the form team of Division Three.

However, while Brighton are celebrating a ten-match unbeaten run their late surge for a play-off push has been hampered by three successive draws.

The inability to turn one point into three means that while Albion, currently in 13th spot, can still mathematically claim a play-off spot, logically, seven points off the pace, they are out of the running.

The disappointment has been softened by the Seagulls picking up two notable accolades this month.

Brighton boss Adams just pipped York City's Terry Dolan to the Manager of the Month Award.

And young striker Gary Hart was the first Third Division player to be crowned the Nationwide Football League's player of the month.

Hart was plucked from non-league obscurity last season and went on to score 12 goals in his first full campaign

He is close to matching that feat this time around and is second top scorer behind 13-goal Darren Freeman with ten strikes so far.

The only change from the side that drew 1-1 with leaders Rotherham last week could come in the number one hot spot.

First choice Mark Walton picked up a knee injury in midweek so his place could go to Mark Ormerod, who has played just twice this season.

Pulling the strings on the flanks for Brighton will be Martin Ling, who made his first start last Saturday after signing from Leyton Orient on transfer deadline day, and Paul Brooker, who is on loan from Fulham until the end of the season.
