Reader's letter
I wish to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff of GNER at York, Leeds and Doncaster.
Because I am disabled and wheelchair- bound, I have been using their services for the past year and cannot fault them for their dedication to duty and kindness. My carer and I are met and transported to the train to find seats reserved and we receive the same treatment on arriving at our destination.
Brownie points - eleven out of ten!
