Today's the day that isn't normally here. As this is a leap year, with 366 days instead of the usual compliment, today is a special birthday for those who only age one year for every four that passes.This is also the day when by tradition women can propose to men.
So if it's your special rare birthday - 21 going on 84, perhaps - or if you are summoning up the courage to ask your man, we wish you all a happy February 29. After all, we won't see another one until 2004.
