York RI could clash with neighbours Pocklington in the quarter-finals of the UAP Yorkshire Shield.
The draw for the last eight means that they may meet at Percy Road on Saturday, February 19 - but both have to get through this coming Saturday's outstanding second round matches.
In-form Pocklington must fancy their chances when they entertain Ilkley, while Yorkshire division two side York RI will be hoping for an upset when they visit Hemsworth, who have just two league wins so far this season in the division above but who hit form this weekend as they scored a 32-17 victory over Thornensians.

Nestl Rowntree put up a brave fight before being knocked out of the North Yorkshire Trophy by a much fancied Wharfedale XV at Mille Crux.
They had been trailing 30-5 against the Dalesmen before staging a magnificent second half recovery the game ending with Rowntree's going down 37-15 with three tries to their credit to Wharfedale's five, three conversions and two penalties.
Ashley Walters scored two of Rowntree's tries and scrum half, Brian Cottom adding a third.
Harrogate Colts left it late as they collected a 17-17 draw at Orrell.
Despite trailing 17-0 midway through the second half, Harrogate bounced back with tries from Richard and Oliver Davies, plus two conversion and a penalty goal from Oliver Mantle, pulling them level.
Redcar are run ragged by 'A' team
Despite having to supply players to the first team late in the day, York 'A' produced a fine display of running rugby to beat Redcar 'A' 31-17.
York went in front after seven minutes when Sam Arkle sent the ball flying down the backs for Andy Huetson to cross.
Redcar hit back when scrum half Steve Price sneaked over from a five-metre scrum.
Then three minutes later Nick Ventress set Rob Doyle free in the centres for the three-quarter to crash over and Ventress tagged on the extras again.
On the 25th minute mark Russ Allerton charged down an attempted clearance kick, gathered the ball, drew his cover before freeing Ventress, who scored a fine try and kicked the added points.
Within a few minutes Redcar had closed the gap when following a series of scrums, York finally gave way to Redcar power and conceded a push-over try to No 8 Robby Cockburn. Price added the conversion.
In the second period the visitors scored first through Cockburn, but a quick tap penalty from Ventress set York's backs off again and Doyle crashed over.
Five minutes later Mick Parsonage put York out of sight when he intercepted from inside his own 22 metre area to easily out-pace the cover and race 80 yards to score.

York hang on for win
Despite being weakened by injury York's under-16s pulled off a fine 27-22 away win at Rotherham.
York started well and gained an early try from newcomer Jonathan McGregor after a fine move, which had involved Leon Thompson and Alex Bewick, had taken them from their own 22 to Rotherham's try-line.
Neil McClure increased York's lead with a penalty and then came another well worked touchdown with Tim Bullivant strolling over in comfort with a four man overlap outside him, McClure added the conversion.
However, the South Yorkshire side got their act together and hit back with two tries, one converted, either side of the interval to reduce the deficit to three points.
York continued to look dangerous and centre McClure ensured success with two further tries and another conversion, his touchdowns coming either side of Rotherham producing a converted try and before their late penalty.
