The ARTAuction takes place at the De Grey Rooms, in Exhibition Square, York, with viewing at 10am and the sale by auction by Phillips Auctioneers (York) from 2pm.

Jacqueline, whose abstract woven designs have been commissioned by York Minster and Westminster Abbey, and Louise, a fellow of the Royal Academy, are among more than 30 artists from across Britain who have donated works for the NSPCC campaign.

The ARTAuction group members have each prepared a single piece of work which incorporates the green dot-spot logo of the Full Stop Campaign, the aim of which is to stop cruelty to children.

The auction is the brainchild of ARTAuction director Julian Broadhurst, an artist from Derby, who has gathered a diverse collection of talent, from students of the Royal Academy, to seasoned professional artists from as far away as Berlin.
