May I express my thanks to the people of York? I was a visitor to your city, yet when I fell in your centre and fractured my elbow I received nothing but kindness.
From the passers-by who stopped to help, to the paramedics, the ambulance team, and all the hospital staff at your YDH, there was genuine care and attention throughout.
Now I'm well on the mend. So, thank you York and the NHS!
