As a young traveller, I have had the pleasure of spending the last month in your beautiful city of York.

From the very first, I found the people here to be among the kindest and most sociable in England.

It has been a real honour to be warmly welcomed in to so many people lives.

As for the city itself, where else can you find a place so rich in history, yet still very much alive with colour and experiences for any visitor?

I can not thank enough those who have made it possible for me to call York home - if only for a short time.

I will always carry fond memories of the city and its people.
