York police are hoping Evening Press readers can help them track down a man they would like to speak to about the theft of more than £600-worth of equipment from a building site.

The alleged theft took place on April 15 at the BP service station, in Boroughbridge Road, York.
A man went into the garage between noon and 3.45pm and took a four litre bottle of Mobil oil, worth £30 and left without paying for it.
Builders were working outside the service station at the time and a TS400 Tirolit Diamond Blade Stihl saw went missing on the same day.
Police want to speak to a man recorded by CCTV cameras.
He is white, with short, fair hair and was wearing glasses and a dark-coloured jacket.The second incident this week is another theft which took place at an Acomb newsagents.

A dark-haired man, wearing a woollen hat, came into Martins Newsagents on December 7 and picked up an item of food before leaving the shop. Staff said the man, who made no attempt to pay for the food, has a distinctive tattoo on the left side of his neck.
