After attending last Tuesday's race meeting and enjoying looking at all the new styles of hats and outfits, I was so disappointed when I turned to the racing article where the only outfit published was a bright canary yellow Dynasty-style suit with matching bucket hat, all of which were fashions of yesteryear (Evening Press, May 12).
Surely, with the amount of fashionable women at the racecourse, the fashion editor could have portrayed Yorkshire women with a bit more taste and style.
Please, please, please at the next race meeting find some of us fashion conscious ladies and portray us Yorkshire women with class and style.
