Salute Selby Rugby Union Club's promotion winners.
They lifted the North East Division Three title, beating Hartlepool Technical Day School Old Boys on superior points difference after both sides finished the 18-game season on 30 points.
Selby, coached by Steve Cruise and Ian Marlow, also reached the quarter-final of the Yorkshire Cup and young stand-off Carl Paterson has been a regular member of the Yorkshire Under 21 side.

Pocklington had won the North east Division Three title in 19987 and both sides are looking forward to facing each other in what should be a couple of intense derby games next season.
