Marie Curie Cancer Care would like to thank the people of York and Easingwold for their amazing generosity in supporting the 1999 Daffodil Campaign.
The street collection in York city centre on Saturday, March 20, raised a staggering £3303.69 along with donations of £314.60 collected in Acomb making a grand total of £361.29! Thanks also to the people of Easingwold for their generosity on Friday, March 19 when volunteers collected £307.86 in donations for the daffodil buttonholes.
Public support is vital to the continuing work of Marie Curie Cancer Care in North Yorkshire.
