The NSPCC is a leading children's charity dealing with abuse. We provide a range of vital services in North Yorkshire and we are not only involved in providing support for children who have suffered abuse but we are also engaged in prevention work.
We are dependant on voluntary income for this essential work and in order to continue the service we undertake a range of fundraising activities in the region.
In particular we are organising our very popular Quiz Spectacular at Waterworld, Huntington, York on Wednesday, May 12, at 8pm.
We are looking for teams of up to eight members to take part in this fun evening. The quiz consists of general knowledge, picture rounds, music rounds, spot prizes and a snowball. The winning team will be awarded a trophy, all we ask is that each team member try to obtain at least £10 sponsorship to support our local services.
We know that you will enjoy this fun event. Please contact Keith Dowell in the Appeals Office on 0191 516 4600 for more information.
We look forward to hearing from you.
