It has been a turbulent week for York City. After the shock of Alan Little's departure, caretaker manager Neil Thompson has made two signings in as many days.
Decisive action was necessary to halt City's slide into the relegation zone. Thompson deserves credit for working so quickly to try and reverse the team's fortunes.
Now it is up to the fans to respond. They asked for Little to go.
That wish has been granted.
Tomorrow the new-look team will need all the support it can get to overcome in-form Wigan Athletic at Bootham Crescent.
So come on York, get behind the Minstermen and roar them onto a revival.
