The York Branch of the Cats Protection League is seven years old on January 16, and we would like to thank everyone for all their help and support over the past seven years.
Without you all we would not have been able to rescue, re-home and provide veterinary treatment for so many cats, for example, a little blind cat abandoned and left on a doorstep for weeks to starve.
As 1999 is the Chinese year of the cat, we hope this will prove to be a successful year for our branch and will take us one step further towards achieving our aim of providing a new shelter for the York area.
Please continue to support us and please think of us if you have any unwanted Christmas presents or bric-a-brac, telephone (01904) 780260 or 489258. We would like to wish everyone a very happy and purrfect New Year.
Pauleen Henson,
Co-Ordinator,
The Cats Protection League,
York Branch.
