City of York's unbeaten start to their Northern Premier League campaign came to an end in convincing fashion when they were beaten 4-1 by Doncaster II.
City enjoyed all the early pressure but were made to pay for not turning their dominance into goals when a Doncaster breakaway forced a short corner.
York must have known it was not going to be their day when the ensuing mis-timed drag flick wrong-footed everyone and rolled over the line with 'keeper James Baughan stranded.
City continued to exert the most pressure but Doncaster continued to look dangerous on the break.
