With little more than a week to go to deadline, why don't YOU join all the others who have entered their success stories in the 1998 Evening Press Business Venture of the Year?
Here are just two of many attracted by the £8,000 worth of prizes offered by the Evening Press and sponsors Barclays Bank and North Yorkshire Training and Enterprise Council.
We have been receiving written entries as well as easy-to-enter forms via our Internet website and here's why.

Runner-up gets £1,000 and £500 worth of free advertising; third place earns £500 plus £250 worth of free advertising.
What's more, there are three special category prizes of £500 each - Trainer of the Year, Exporter of the Year and Personality of the Year.
All entries are entered in a grand draw with two separate prizes - £250 of free advertising and your own single page Evening Press web site online for a year!
The final ten will receive free business advice from experts at North Yorkshire TEC.
