LEADERS of the Sinnington Hunt will be questioned by a committee of inquiry on Monday following the discovery of two fox cubs in an artificial den.
Hunt chairman James Holt and joint masters Adam Waugh, Andrew Osborne and John Shaw are due to appear at the Cavalry and Guards Club in London.
The Masters of Fox Hounds Association launched the inquiry, to be chaired by Sir Michael Richardson, after the RSPCA rescued a pair of three-month-old cubs from a man-made earth in a copse at Welburn, near Kirkbymoorside.
The RSPCA believes the land is owned by the hunt and is considering whether to bring cruelty charges.
