Corporate membership has been introduced by the Yorkshire branch of Women In Management, the organisation which helps women with their careers.
Companies can obtain membership for a minimum of ten female employees at preferential rates and will benefit from access to a wide range of training events locally and nationally. Monthly meetings provide networking opportunities.
Eileen Robinson, chairwoman of the Yorkshire branch, said: "The opportunities and potential for women in corporate life has never been better. Yet our research shows that many still value the opportunity to network, share experiences and develop skills in a wholly supportive female environment.
"Our new corporate membership offers local companies the chance to provide cost-effective training and development support for all of their female employees, at whatever stage of their career."
The Yorkshire branch meets monthly at the Lakeside Restaurant, Roundhay Park, Leeds, where there are guest speakers on subjects ranging from successful leadership to how to use the Internet.
Corporate membership details can be obtained from Eileen Robinson by phoning 0113 2571211.
